1Introduction

3Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. surewim uses an integrated Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity before processing withdrawals or whenever required by us.

Documents Required for KYC

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or international passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at surewim. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If a player is found to be operating more than one account, surewim reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any existing balances, including any bonuses or winnings that have not yet been processed.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Surewim supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets listed on the platform.

Deposit

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the name of your own surewim account.
• Deposits from third parties or using another person's payment method are strictly prohibited.

• Surewim does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the surewim account.
• Withdrawal requests received before 5:00 PM Malaysia time on a business day are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Withdrawal requests received after that time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
• Surewim reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.
• If there are active bets or unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements, withdrawals may be held until those conditions are met.

5Betting & Gaming

All betting and gaming at surewim is subject to the specific rules stated for each product. In general, the following conditions apply to all forms of betting and gaming on this platform:

• Bets that have been submitted and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases where a technical error has clearly resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the platform and the official result from the governing body, the official result from the governing body will prevail.
• Surewim uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino and slot games to ensure fair outcomes.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format. Odds may change at any time before a bet is submitted, but odds accepted by the system are binding.

Live Betting (In-Play)

8Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your surewim account login credentials. surewim recommends the following security practices:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including surewim staff – we will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Surewim is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a player's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

• Upon request by relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Voluntary request by the player.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days.
